One of the super super temples of Kanchi for architecture.

Very close to the bus stand in big Kanchipuram
What is special about this place :
- The temple is being maintained by Archeological Society of India.
- Marvellous sculptures and carvings
- Somewhat similar to Kailasanathar temple. But small
- Has a Infant Ranganathar Sannadhi on I floor that is open only on Ekadasi day.
Camera : Allowed. No fees/
What did I like of this place : Just about Every thing..!

ReplyDeleteThanks Chitra. Nice temple..Check with the priest if he can open the Ranganathar Sannadhi. Some times they do.. I hear that it is open only on Ekadasi.
